Service Description
Kitchen: Wipe countertops. Clean the inside and outside of the microwave. Scrub the stovetop and range hood. Wipe down appliances, cabinets, and tables. Vacuum/sweep and mop floors. Living Areas: Dust all surfaces, including window sills Wipe down tables Vacuum/Sweep & mop floors Clean cushions and upholstery Dining Area: Dust and Wipe Down Surfaces Vacuum/Sweep & mop floors Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and shower areas. Wipe countertops. Clean mirrors, and faucets. Vacuum/Sweep & mop floors
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy: A $20 deposit is required when booking "Moving Cleans" and will be deducted from the total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Payments for "House Cleaning" are due upon completion of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before will result in a loss of your deposit. Same Day Rescheduling: To reschedule within 12 hours, please call us directly to avoid losing your deposit, as this cannot be done online. No Access Policy: If the cleaner cannot access the property upon arrival (e.g., locked out, no one home), the card on file will be charged a no-access fee equal to the deposit amount.
