Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
 

Standard Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time without any penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
     

  • Same-Day Rescheduling

  • For any rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the appointment, please call us directly to set a new date. Same-day rescheduling cannot be processed online. Failure to contact us directly may result in a loss of the deposit.
     

  • No Access Policy

  • If the cleaner(s) are unable to access the property upon arrival (e.g., due to a locked door, no response, or other access restrictions), the card on file will be charged a $25 no-access fee in addition to the deposit.
