Service Agreement

Payment Terms

 

Deposit for Booking Times:

  • Moving Cleans: A $20 deposit is required when booking to secure your time slot.

  • House Cleaning Services: No deposit is required for house cleaning appointments.

Cash Payments:

  • Payment may be made in cash upon completion of the service.

  • The card on file will not be charged if a cash payment is made.

Final Pricing and Estimates

 

Initial Estimate:

  • Any price provided before the service (via online form, direct booking, phone, or email) is an estimate based on the customer's details.

  • Final pricing may vary based on additional requirements or changes identified during an onsite assessment.

Onsite Assessment:

  • Our cleaner(s) will inspect the property upon arrival to confirm the final price.

  • The confirmed price will be communicated before any work begins.

​

Scope of Work and Adjustments:

  • If additional cleaning needs arise that were not included in the original estimate (e.g., excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair requiring specialized treatment), the final price will be adjusted accordingly. Approval will be needed before proceeding.

Payment and Cancellations

 

Payment:

  • The remaining balance, if any, is due immediately upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash.

​

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a loss of the deposit.

​

No Access:

  • If the cleaner(s) cannot access the service location, a $25 no-access fee will be charged to the card on file, in addition to the deposit.

Tidy Guarantee

 

If any aspect of the service is missed or not completed to standard, we will return at your earliest convenience to correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • Residential House Cleaning: Issues must be reported on the same day as the service.

  • All Other Cleaning Services: Issues must be reported within 48 hours.

Acceptance

 

By providing a card on file and/or using the Company’s services (including online bookings, generated quotes, or service requests), you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
