Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Requests made within 12 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

For rescheduling requests made within the 12-hour window, please call us directly rather than using the online booking system. Failure to contact us directly may result in loss of your deposit.

If our cleaners are unable to access the property at the scheduled time — whether due to locked doors, no one present, or other access issues — a $25 no-access fee will apply in addition to the deposit.
