Privacy Policy

Voluntary information: your name, phone number, email address, and service address when you request a quote or book an appointment, plus any notes you choose to add.

We do not collect billing or payment card information through this website — payment is arranged separately, directly with Tidy Habit.

Automatically collected data: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site traffic and performance. These are cookieless and don't collect personal identifiers or track you across other sites — they report aggregate, anonymous usage data only. Our servers also briefly process IP addresses to prevent abuse of our booking and contact forms (for example, to limit how many requests one visitor can submit in a short period); we do not use IP addresses to track or identify individual visitors.

Our staff-only admin dashboard uses a single strictly-necessary login cookie to keep an authorized staff member signed in. This cookie is not set for site visitors or customers browsing the public site.

We collect information to schedule and deliver the services you request, communicate with you about your appointment, and maintain our own business and scheduling records.

Booking and contact information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, customer service, and our business record-keeping obligations, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.

Tidy Habit LLC does not sell, rent, or lease customer lists to third parties.

We share information with the service providers who help us run this site and deliver our services: our hosting and database provider (Vercel, and the Neon Postgres database it provisions for us) and our transactional email provider (Resend), which sends booking confirmation and notification emails on our behalf. These providers act only on our instructions and only receive what they need to perform their function.

Beyond the service providers above, we disclose information only when necessary to provide the services you ordered, with your consent, in aggregated form that cannot identify you, when required by law or legal process, or to enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights.

We reserve the right to contact you for non-marketing purposes, including confirming or changing an appointment, account matters, or service issues.

This site is not directed toward or designed to knowingly collect information from users under eighteen. Any inadvertently collected data from minors is promptly deleted, or verifiable parental consent is required.

You may stop non-essential email communications from us at any time by contacting sales@mytidyhabit.com. We may still need to contact you about an active booking.

This site contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of linked sites — please review their policies before providing information.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to businesses that meet certain revenue or data-volume thresholds; Tidy Habit LLC does not currently meet those thresholds. That said, regardless of whether the CCPA formally applies to us, if you're a California resident and would like to know what personal information we hold about you, or would like it deleted, contact us at sales@mytidyhabit.com and we'll make a reasonable effort to help. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you're located in the EU, you have the right to be informed of our data practices, the right to access data we hold about you, the right to correct inaccurate data, the right to request erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to certain processing. Information submitted through this site travels over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. Booking and contact data is stored in an access-controlled database, and our staff admin dashboard requires authentication to view or manage that data.
