Online booking confirms your requested appointment and gives you a price estimate based on the service and options you select. Final pricing is confirmed at or before the time of service.

Payment is arranged directly with Tidy Habit and is not collected through this website. We'll let you know your payment options when we confirm your appointment.

By using this site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your booking, including confirmation and reminder emails. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your data.

Tidy Habit does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of eighteen.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We disclaim responsibility for the content and privacy practices of any third-party sites linked from this site.

We work with service providers who help us operate this site and deliver our services on our behalf — currently our hosting and database provider (Vercel and its infrastructure partners) and our transactional email provider (Resend). Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access this site. Content on this site may not be modified, resold, or otherwise exploited without our written permission.

All disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are prohibited.

Tidy Habit may terminate your access to this site without notice.

These terms are governed by California law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
