Online booking confirms your requested appointment and gives you a price estimate based on the service and options you select. Final pricing is confirmed at or before the time of service.

Payment itself is not collected through this website. Depending on the job, we collect payment in person (card, tap, or chip) at the time of service, or send you a secure payment link — either way, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, not by mytidyhabit.com directly. Creating an account is optional — you can request a quote or book a service without one. An account lets you view your booking history and participate in the optional programs described below.

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@mytidyhabit.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including fraudulent or abusive use of the rewards or referral program described below.

We may offer an optional rewards program, referral program, and promotional coupon codes. These are voluntary and have no cash value — points, referral credit, and coupons cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable, except as the referral program itself intends.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any of these programs — including point values, redemption thresholds, and coupon terms — at any time. Changes won't cancel value you've already earned or been issued, unless it was obtained through fraud or a violation of these Terms.

We may withhold or reverse rewards, referral credit, or coupons obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms, and may suspend or terminate the associated account.

By using this site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us related to your booking, including confirmation and reminder emails. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your data.

Tidy Habit does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of eighteen.

We disclaim responsibility for the content and privacy practices of any third-party sites linked from this site.

We work with service providers who help us operate this site and deliver our services on our behalf — currently a hosting and database provider, a transactional email provider, and a payment processor for completed services. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how each provider handles information.

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access this site. Content on this site may not be modified, resold, or otherwise exploited without our written permission.

All disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are prohibited.

All information, software, products, and services on this site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

These terms are governed by California law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
